Nothing says Nova Scotia like Apples, Maple Syrup and Wild Blueberries. This cider has 5.9% ABV and is made with an apple background plus the inclusion of blueberry juice post fermentation and a touch of maple syrup. We trade pollination services in the spring with our local blueberry growers and exchange these services for juice berrys that we press for this cider. This is a medium dry cider with around 40 g residual sugar per L and it is our best seller off the farm. As always no preservatives or refined sugars are used in this cider and it is gluten free.
