This cider has 5.9% ABV and is infused with our own sour cherries, white and red currants, and honey from the farm. We maintain a medium dry finish at 35 g residual sugar per L so that you can enjoy the subtle taste of the cherries. The tannin in the currants and cherries provide a wonderful balance with the acidity and gentle sweetness in this product. No refined sugars, or preservatives used in this cider and it is gluten free.
