This honey infused cider was one of our first offerings and is a constant crowd pleaser. A strong 7% ABV cider made with heritage apples and infused with honey at the end of fermentation. Sweet enough to taste the floral notes of honey but still medium dry at 35 g / L residual sugar. Light pasteurization ensures no need for preservatives and as always these are all gluten free and contain no refined sugars.
