This is our first apple wine which has 13% ABV so please consume with caution!  We maintain a semi-dry 25 g residual sugar per L. This is our only alcoholic beverage that was chapitalized (sugar added prior to fermentation) in order to get a higher alcohol content. This is a very unique apple wine reminiscent of the Sauternes class of white wines.
